At Georgina Jewels, we are committed to delivering your future heirlooms safely and securely. Every piece is carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing & Production Timelines
Please note that processing and creation times are separate from shipping transit times.
- Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: For in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
- Bespoke & Custom Jewellery: Our bespoke and custom pieces are meticulously handcrafted just for you. The typical creation period is 6 to 10 weeks. Once your final design is approved and the deposit received, we will provide a precise estimated completion date within 5 business days and keep you informed throughout the process.
Shipping Within Canada
- Complimentary Insured Shipping: We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders across Canada.
- Trusted Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx® or Canada Post™ to ensure secure and timely delivery.
- Tracking & Signature: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. All Canadian shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to safeguard your valuable investment. Packages will not be left unattended.
- Estimated Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
- We gladly arrange international shipping for clients outside Canada. Please contact us at info@georginajewels.ca prior to ordering for shipping options and a custom quote.
- International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Georgina Jewels is not liable for these charges.
- Please note that shipping to certain countries may not be possible due to local restrictions. Contact us to confirm availability.
- We recommend using fully insured and traceable shipping methods for international orders.
Important Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We cannot be held liable for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before the order ships and may delay delivery.
- Handling Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to meet all processing and delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or extreme weather. Georgina Jewels is not liable for delays caused by such external events.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
Your shipment is fully insured from our studio until delivery. In the rare event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen prior to delivery confirmation, please notify us within 48 hours. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and insurance provider. Replacement or refund will be processed only after claim resolution and insurer confirmation.
Shipping Multiple Items or Addresses
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability. For shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
