Our Promise

At Georgina Jewels, we stand firmly behind the integrity and craftsmanship of every piece. Whether you commission a bespoke creation or select from our core collection, you can purchase with complete confidence.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Bespoke, customized, or personalized pieces (including special gemstone requests, unique settings, or engravings) are eligible for return only if a manufacturing defect is identified.
  • Final-sale items, rush orders, and items with personalized engravings are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, and rush fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  • To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in original, unworn, and undamaged condition, complete with all original packaging, ring box, certificates, and documentation.
  • Items that have been altered, resized by anyone other than Georgina Jewels, or damaged after receipt are not eligible.
  • The properties of the piece, including metal type and weight, center stone and side stone specifications, must exactly match the appraisal certificate provided at sale.
  • Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage in transit; Georgina Jewels is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate client packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email info@georginajewels.ca within 14 days of receipt. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and reply with confirmation and step-by-step return instructions.

Free & Insured Returns (Within Canada)

  • All Canadian clients receive complimentary, fully insured return shipping.
  • Approved returns will be issued a pre-paid shipping label from our trusted carrier. Package the item securely in its original box and attach the label provided.

International Returns

  • Clients outside Canada are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable duties.
  • We recommend an insured, trackable service to safeguard against loss or damage in transit.

Inspection & Authentication

  • Upon arrival at our Ottawa studio, our gemologists will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the item’s condition and verify alignment with your original appraisal certificate and production records.
  • Georgina Jewels reserves the right to decline refunds for items with discrepancies or evidence of tampering.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of successful inspection; processing may take up to 30 days depending on your financial institution.
  • You’ll receive email notification once your return is accepted and your refund initiated.
