Yes. We are confident in the integrity of our work and offer a return policy on all our bespoke pieces. Our commitment is to deliver exactly what was promised. As long as the finished piece and its components match the specifications outlined in their official certificates and appraisal documents, the piece is eligible for a return within 14 calendar days.
