What is your return policy?

Your confidence is our priority. We offer a 14-day return window on every piece we create, including custom and engraved jewelry, so you can ensure your choice is perfect.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in like-new condition (light surface scratches from handling are acceptable) and accompanied by all original documentation.

What metals do you work with?

We primarily work with 18K recycled gold (yellow, white, and rose), as well as platinum. Our commitment to sustainability means we prioritize recycled precious metals whenever possible, ensuring both beauty and environmental responsibility.

How do I determine my ring size?

Your ring should feel as if it were made for you, because it will be! An accurate size is the essential first step.

  • Our Recommended Method: For the most reliable measurement, we encourage clients to visit a local jewellery store to have their finger sized by a professional.
  • A Convenient Alternative: If you prefer to measure at home, we are happy to support you. With the purchase of any ring, we will reimburse the cost of a ring sizer, up to $20 CAD. Please provide us with the receipt for the sizing kit to have this amount credited to your order.

Do you offer financing options?
